Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, but they do not override any delivery obligations or cancellation rights under applicable law.

Some orders may be shipped directly from suppliers outside Canada, including China. Using a supplier or delivery partner does not remove our responsibilities to you as the seller.

Returns and refunds

For eligible change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns may need to be shipped to a supplier in China, and international return shipping can be expensive.
